'Freedom Is'..... Is a temporary installation environment, built to pop up for the launch of Frequency 2015 Festival of Multimedia. Made from cardboard and scaffold, the audience are invited to interact with painted illustrations, which burst to life with projection mapped light and movement when touched.  The interaction is made possible through conductive paint, paired with Arduino, which actions the carefully produced (projection mapped), digital content.  The installation playfully questions our understanding and definition of freedom and liberation; the theme of Frequency Festival 2015.  'Freedom Is' presents a further development in the Stylus project, building on the ambitious endeavours to date, and presenting the projection mural technique for audience intervention on a 3D structure.
